Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 8, 2026
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information
Our Apps are generally designed to work without requiring you to create an account. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or physical address, unless you choose to provide it yourself — for example, by emailing us for support.
1.2 Usage and Device Information
We may collect limited, non-personal technical information, including:
- App version and basic device information (iOS version, device model)
- Anonymous crash reports and performance diagnostics
- Subscription or in-app purchase status (managed through Apple's App Store)
- General, aggregated feature-usage statistics, where an App includes analytics
1.3 Optional Device Permissions
Some Apps may request optional device permissions relevant to their specific functionality (for example, camera access, photo library access, or notifications). We only request permissions that a given App actually needs, and the App's own screens and its App Store listing describe what each permission is used for. You can review or revoke any permission at any time in your device's Settings.
2. How We Use Information
Any information we collect is used solely to:
- Provide and maintain the core functionality of our Apps
- Diagnose crashes and improve app stability and performance
- Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Respond to customer support requests
- Understand, in aggregate and anonymous form, how our Apps are used, so we can improve them
3. Data Storage and Security
3.1 Local Storage
Wherever possible, app data (such as game state, preferences, or saved content) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this local data.
3.2 Security Measures
Where information is transmitted or processed, we apply reasonable security measures, including:
- Encrypted data transmission
- Secure coding practices
- Regular review and updates to dependencies and libraries
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Apple App Store
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information; we only receive subscription/purchase status, never your payment details.
4.2 Analytics and Crash Reporting
Where an App includes analytics or crash-reporting tools (such as Apple's App Analytics), these providers only receive anonymous or aggregated data used to help us understand usage and fix issues.
4.3 App-Specific Third Parties
If a particular App integrates with an additional third-party service relevant to its functionality, that integration and its data handling will be described on that App's App Store listing and, where applicable, within the App itself.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Data Control
You have the right to:
- Delete any of our Apps and its associated local data at any time
- Manage or cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings
- Contact us with any privacy-related questions, concerns, or requests
6.2 Managing Subscriptions
To manage or cancel a subscription:
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device
- Select the relevant App and adjust your subscription preferences
- Or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
7. Data Retention
We retain the limited, non-personal data described above only for as long as necessary for app functionality, diagnostics, and improvement. Most technical data is processed in real time and not stored persistently. Any content or data you create within an App remains on your device until you choose to delete it.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Apps or legal requirements. When we do, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify users of significant changes through our Apps or their App Store listings, where appropriate
- Continue to protect your privacy in accordance with this policy
9. International Users
Our Apps are available worldwide. If you are located outside the country in which our servers or service providers operate, please note that any information processed by an App may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including countries with different data protection laws than your own.
10. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Union / European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing information includes:
- Legitimate Interest: To provide, maintain, and improve our Apps
- Contract Performance: To manage subscriptions and deliver purchased features
- Consent: Where explicitly requested for a specific optional feature (e.g. an optional permission)
